All My Mochi Rewards subscriptions that fall under implied consent guidelines will expire from our email database within 24 months of your last interaction with Mochi Shoes . For example: if you join the My Mochi Rewards program and make a transaction at a Mochi Shoes brand store on June 30th, 2017 your consent to receive communications from this specific banner is implied and will expire June 29th, 2019, unless you choose to withdraw or change your consent prior to that date. You will always maintain the option to "opt out" from having your information used for this purpose.

CHILDREN
