MyMochi Loyalty Program

To join MyMochi Rewards Program you need to make a purchase of any value at any Mochi Store across India. Just share your name and mobile number with the cashier at the time of billing.It is the customer's responsibility to share the correct communication details with Mochi at the time of enrolling into the program.

Earning of Points

• To earn Loyalty points all you need to do is make a purchase and provide us your registered mobile at the time of billing.
• Loyalty Points are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
• Points once lapsed cannot be restored or re-issued.
• Members will be notified at least one month prior about any points which are due to lapse.
• In case of any product return, the earned Loyalty points will be reversed from your MyMochi account.
• Loyalty points are nontransferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

 

Points Redemption

• For the first redemption you need to have a minimum balance of 99 points in your MyMochi account. For subsequent redemptions you can redeem any number of points available in your account.
• Points can be redeemed at any Mochi Store using the OTP sent to the registered mobile number or by giving a missed call to 9513917938 from your registered mobile number.
• Loyalty points accrued on any online purchase done through https://www.mochishoes.com/ will be redeemable once the Return Policy period of all the said items in your order is completed

 

Communication Process

• Members can make changes in their account details by visiting the nearest Mochi Store.
• Members can also do it by sending an email to [email protected] with the updated information.
• Members can Opt Out (Unsubscribe) anytime from receiving promotional messages from Mochi by giving a Missed Call on 7065216767.
• Members can Opt In (Subscribe) anytime to start receiving promotional messages from Mochi by giving a Missed call on 7065130808.
• Members can close the membership anytime by sending an email to [email protected]
• By becoming a MyMochi Member, you agree to receive advertising, marketing materials and other communications from Mochi.

 

General Conditions

• Mochi reserves the right to refuse membership to an applicant without prior information.
• Mochi holds the right to alter/change/abort any particular offer or scheme without prior notice.
• If a Loyalty Member is found committing fraud or in any case of misuse, all accumulated loyalty points and the membership of the Cardholder will be automatically cancelled.

 

Privacy & Data Usage

• Any Customer details provided to Mochi will be kept confidential. Mochi takes all reasonable precautions to preserve the integrity and prevent any corruption or loss, damage or destruction of Customer’s Data.
• We do not share your mobile number with any 3rd party for marketing or advertising purpose.
• We use your purchase details to understand you better and to recommend products suited for your needs.

 

Modification or Amendment of these Terms: Mochi reserves the right to change or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time and at its sole discretion by posting revisions on the website www.mochishoes.com
